Single-estate, 100% Kona "Private Reserve" green beans (Kona Prime grade) for do-it-yourself roasting at home. You can dial in your own roast level at home, but we recommend keeping the final roasted beans in the range of Medium to Full City, as opposed to Vienna or darker, to retain the Kona flavor characteristics. Final roasted 100% Kona coffee beans should deliver a brew that is complex, yet balanced, with moderate acidity.
