Return Policy
Coffee: The roasted coffee being sent to you is always freshly roasted to order with our fluidized-bed air roaster just before we ship it. We do not maintain inventory of roasted coffee on a shelf to fulfill orders. Given that roasted coffee has a limited shelf-life, we do not accept product returns.
